These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of West End Recycling Inc’s (“We, Our, Us”) services (“Services”) for the removal of junk and the recycling of items. By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We offer junk removal and recycling services for residential properties. Our team will collect, transport, and dispose of or recycle eligible items in accordance with local laws and regulations.

a. To schedule a pickup, you must provide accurate information about the items to be removed, the location, and your contact details.

b. We will provide you with a cost estimate based on the information provided. Final costs may vary based on actual item volume and condition.

c. Bookings are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred pickup time.

a. We will remove and recycle items such as furniture, appliances, electronics, and general household junk, provided they do not pose a risk to our team or the environment.

b. Hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, flammables, explosives, biological waste, and medical equipment, will may not be accepted. Please ensure you contact us for these types of items

a. Payment is due upon completion of the pickup. We accept cash, and electronic money transfers as a form of payment. Our pricing is transparent and will be communicated to you before scheduling.

b. Any additional charges arising from unexpected circumstances, such as excessive items or specialized handling requirements, will be discussed with you prior to payment.

a. While we take all necessary precautions to handle items safely, you acknowledge that some risk is inherent during the removal and transportation of items.

b. We shall not be liable for any damage to property or injuries unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

a. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 36 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees.

b. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule pickups. We will communicate any changes to you as soon as possible.

c. We reserve the right to refuse any work, at any time, for reasons including, but not limited to, infestations, body fluids, medical machinery, toxic substances, access challenges, etc.

a. We are committed to responsible recycling and disposal practices. Eligible items will be recycled, donated, or disposed of in compliance with local environmental regulations.

b. You agree to provide accurate information about the items you wish to dispose of, ensuring proper classification for recycling or disposal.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website westendrecycling.ca and will become effective immediately upon posting.
